Emigrating with my family to New Zealand in the 1970s, I was introduced to travel at an early age and have adventured extensively ever since. My husband and I returned to the UK in 1992 and after selling the family photography business, I saw a local advertisement for a travel agent, marking the beginning of my new profession. As a family, we have always enjoyed active holidays, walking the Inca T

rail, diving in many countries, canoeing the Zambezi, driving from Victoria Falls to Cape Town, climbing to Kilimanjaro’s base camp and camping throughout Kenya, Botswana and Namibia. I joined Holidaysplease in 2016 and am now the proud owner of a motorhome, which I also use as my office, enabling me to work from some interesting locations whilst on the road.
