1. Be ready to book – These offers move fast! Most late deals need full payment upfront, so have your details ready to go.

2. Flexibility helps – Shifting your travel dates by even a day or two can make a big difference in price.

3. Be open-minded – The more flexible you are with destination, the more exciting options I can find for you (and usually at a better price!).

4. Be realistic with budget – If you can stretch it just a little, it often means better quality and fewer compromises.

5. Tell me your must-haves – Whether it’s flight times, board basis, or room type, the more I know, the better I can tailor your options.

6. Check that passport – Make sure it’s valid for at least 6 more months (no extensions) and has 2 clear pages. Future-you will be grateful!
