RECIPE:
Gambledown Farm braising beef
Carrots
fresh rosemary
garlic
onion
Bomba tomato paste ( not an ad just love it)
red wine
olive oil
parsley
Method:
cook chopped onions in olive oil, add chopped garlic, then braising beef & brown it all over. Add chopped rosemary, chopped carrots, wine & tomato paste, finally the chopped parsley. Cook with lid on for 1.5 hours at 180 degrees. Adding more liquid if it dries out & then turn down heat to 100 degrees & cook for another hour.
Serve with fresh pasta & a sprinkle of parsley 🌿 & parmesan 🧀 & enjoy 😊
