We go beyond… all the way to Bali and back!

When Ellen van den Assem Travel Counsellor's clients hit gridlocked traffic in Bali, only 4km away from the airport, what followed was nothing short of a mission filled with scooters, adrenalin, and an emotional rollercoaster ride. The goal was to make it home in time to comfort their beloved dog, Budda, before New Year’s Eve fireworks started.

While one of them made it back on time, the other was stranded, and their Travel Counsellor Ellen jumped in. With the help of our 24/7 duty office team, Ellen secured a flight and ensured her client was reunited with her husband and beloved dog just in time to ring in the new year. 🐾❤️
