In a prime position on the northeast coast of the island, this is a calm and spacious luxury villa in Corfu; peaceful, private, and with sublime sea views from its exceptional swimming pool and a path down to the beach and the private jetty.

A lovely blend of English country comfort and Mediterranean lifestyle, this is a very relaxing villa, set just above the sea, with a path down to Coyevinas beach and a private boat mooring. Following the lie of the landscape in its tiered grounds, the house opens directly on to the gardens from each of the two floors, in an excellent layout for two families or a group of friends.

There are two bedrooms and a kitchenette on the lower garden level, while the upper floor meets a tree shaded terrace at the poolside and has two en suite bedrooms, along with a cool blue galley kitchen and an open-plan living room. Comfortably furnished, with cheerful rugs on the tiled floor, this room has sitting and dining areas, doors to a covered terrace which forms its al fresco equivalent, and an archway to a peaceful garden room, attractively styled and enjoying gorgeous sea views.

Outdoors, a fabulous freeform pool sweeps round to an infinity edge which seems to merge with the blue of the sea beyond, and there are ample cushioned loungers and a built-in barbecue. Villa Elia is within easy reach of Kassiopi’s amenities, on foot, by boat or by road.
