This is one way to visit the Island ๐๏ธ a spot of dinner ๐ฝ๏ธ
Thinking of visiting us by boat? Just pickup one of the many visitor moorings in front of the Seaview Yacht Club and their friendly launch service can pick you up and bring you ashore for drinks, lunch or dinner, dropping you back on your boat after. If dining with us, we will even pickup your daily mooring fees! Just let one of the team know on arrival and / or when paying the bill and we will give you a token to pass onto the SVYC boatmen on your return journey.
With some of the most stunning coastline in the UK, the Solent offers up plenty of things to do if youโre choosing to make a day of it. With the beautiful Priory Bay beach just around the corner, you could always go for a pre or post lunch dip!
You can book a mooring by calling the SVYC office (01983 613268). As you approach please contact SVYC by radio โSea View Boatmenโ on channel M2 / 02 (P4 on an Icom).
The SVYV boatman service operates daily from 08:30 until the later of either (a) the end of Club racing or (b) 1900. Please check and abide by SVYC rules. Boats up to 10 tonnes / 40โ can be accepted (at ownerโs risk). Do check your draft clearance at low spring tides. The Old Fort Seaview Limited accepts no responsibility for any loss, damages, accident, injury or otherwise.
