We are now reducing our lodge to £114,999 !! In Northiam, East Sussex. It’s cosy and quiet, very comfortable to live in, you can stay all year just be out for the last 2 weeks in Feb and have another address to use 😊 Equally can be used as an Airbnb- very popular to stay in 😊

Our new luxury holiday lodge is now available for letting. We are on the outskirts of Northiam on the edge of a camping field which is open March to October.
The lodge has a double and single room, a bathroom with over bath shower. The kitchen/ dining room is the perfect place to chill and watch the fabulous sunsets. Or in camping season just people watching 😊
Within walking distance to a lovely Indian restaurant, a pub and the river, which has paddle boarding
And boating facilities.
Within a short car ride are many attractions and places of interest including Bodiam castle, Rye and the famous beach at Camber.
You can also see the steam trains passing in peak season from the lodge. Please message me for availability.
