We have for rent THREE family owned home from home 8 berth caravans ( dog friendly free of charge)

We are a family of 4 our children are currently 10 & 13 years old , We love our time at Camber Sands in our vans and we love it even more that we can share our homes with others and read the lovely reviews of the great memories made by others too We offer our place home from home so you dont need to bring hardly anything from home with you
We do all the cleaning and washing of linen ourselves so

all our guests always get our personal touch

Ideal for family getaways, ASHVIEW 14 is adjacent to two other similar vans, allowing families and friends to book together and make the most of their break at Camber Sands

Welcome to this spacious, pet-friendly caravan, perfect for a family getaway! The master bedroom features a king-size bed, ensuite, Smart TV, and plenty of storage. Two additional bedrooms have twin beds, and there’s a sofa bed in the lounge to accommodate larger groups. The modern lounge offers comfortable seating, a 42” Smart TV with Netflix and Disney, an electric fire for cozy evenings, and a dining table for meals.

The fully-equipped kitchen is ready for family cooking, complete with a microwave, full-size fridge/freezer, coffee machine, air fryer, slow cooker, and more. A spacious bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. Outside, the decking is perfect for dogs and young children, catching the camber sun with outdoor seating and a BBQ area.

We provide essentials like tea, coffee, sugar, hot chocolate, and cooking basics, plus hand soap , linens, and cleaning supplies for a hassle-free stay. Additional amenities include an iron, hairdryer, dog bowl, and child-friendly options like a travel cot , high chair and bed guard upon request. Entertainment options include board games, coloring supplies, 5G WiFi, Alexa, and Smart TVs with streaming. For outdoor convenience, a washing line with pegs is also provided.

All this means you can use our place app year round and we are welcoming guests over XMAS and have put my the Xmas tree and light round the van in AV14 so far
