We just thought we'd post to let you know a little more about the cute red dragons we have in our little shop.

These dragons are made in Ukraine by a lady who raises funds to buy dog and cat food for strays and we are selling them on behalf of the charity 'Animals little Helper’ and they in turn send out pallets of the cat and dog food with the money.

All funds raised go straight to the charity.

Attached are some piccies of the ones we will be receiving this week.

The larger ones are £21 and the three little ones are £10.

Please note the one with the flower on his head has already sold!

As you know, last year we changed the fencing to make it secure for toy dog breeds and made the dog agility park

We thought let's do something for your two legged guests.

So here it is our addition to the clydes hut for your enjoyment. (Just needs a wash down)

You can STILL escape…..

We now have late availability in our Suffolk hut from Monday 28th October, for 3 nights, with departure on Thursday 31st October. Our THREE NIGHT midweek price in October is less than £75 a night. That's about £36 a night each for two humans. Dogs go free cos they should!

The Suffolk hut is a converted railway wagon and is railway themed. Set in its own secure paddock, that is secure even for toy dog breeds. The Suffolk does not share a fence line with any other hut and so is great for reactive dogs (or shy ones!). The Suffolk also has a gate about 5m in front of the hut that allows you to let your dogs into the adjoining larger paddock that gives your dog even more room to explore and play in.

If you're anything like us you probably often talk about wanting to just chuck some stuff in the car and go on holiday, but all just felt too complicated because of having to take the humans, all their stuff and probably the cost?

Are you an old dog or one with mobility issues?

Are you an old dog or you've had a hip operation or have other mobility issues? Do you find it hard getting up steps? If you do then we’ve got you covered here at the Shepherds Hideaway. To help older canine customers we now have an access ramp which we can provide on request and fit to our huts. The ramp is shown here fitted to the steps of our railway themed converted railway carriage, the ‘Suffolk hut’. So go tell your human you've finally found somewhere to go on holiday that really is truly dog friendly and where we really do care about you and your humans having a place to relax and unwind!
