We’ve had another beautiful weekend at number 8 🤩

We’ve been to Mevagissey, Fowey St Austell Town & had the best time.

We’ve been swimming in the pool on-site 😍 it’s the warmest, cleanest pool I’ve been in 👌

As most of you may have seen we have recently purchased this stunning Caravan in St Austell, Cornwall.

This is new to the market & has never been rented out before! We have opened the diary for rentals with limited availability this year and almost full availability for 2022!

It’s a 3 bedroom, with a separate toilet in the master bedroom as well as the bathroom with a shower.

A spacious living room with a double bed in the sofa.

Kitchen diner with all facilities needed (kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge-freezer, oven, stove etc)

Central heating, cosy fire place for those spring and autumn mornings and evenings.

Tv in the living room & master bedroom.

The site is not your typical caravan site, it’s a beautiful, small modern site with an indoor swimming pool & baby pool, on-site restaurant with a cocktail bar, laundrette, children’s play area and the site reception as all information needed to enhance your stay 🤍

Located a 20-30 minute walk along a beautiful river trail to some of the most stunning beaches in Cornwall 😍 Pentewan & Porthpean.

A 10-15 minute walk to a bicycle hire station for both adults and children’s bike hire.

A 5minute drive into St Austell town centre.

20 minutes to either Newquay or Padstowe for a nice day trip out.
