Guests that love staying at Nare Court will be excited to hear that we are now taking bookings for Marine Point; it is one of the larger apartments there and sleeps 5 in 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a 6 ft superking bed, and the second room can be made up as either a superking or 3ft twin beds; the third bedroom has a single bed. There is a family bathroom, en-suite shower room, balcony and parking, plus smart tv's and superfast wi-fi.

I'm excited to share the details of a new cottage with you all......welcome to Seafarers.
The cottage ticks lots of boxes for visitors to Meva, as it has sea views, south-facing terraces leading up to a stunning garden room, and private on-site parking. What a lovely evening - the weather is fab, and we've enjoyed a walk round the harbour with the dogs followed by food from the great Kernow Street Kitchen. Perfection!

In the last few days several of the new food outlets have opened around the harbour, offering a great selection of food with something to suit all. I was at 'The Harbour Catch' just as the freshly caught fish was delivered straight from the boat - can't get better than that!

Caerhays Castle Gardens are now open daily from 10am - 5pm; visit and explore below towering Magnolias and stunning Camellias. In our own garden here at Mevagissey House we are enjoying the spring flowers which are looking particularly good this year.

I wish I could paint! Instead I have hundreds of sunset pictures on my phone and still keep taking more, as everyday the waves, clouds and colours are different. Quiet beaches, cold, crisp days, and peaceful walks with the dogs.....what more could you ask for?
