Cosy Cornish Cottage Fantastic Grade II listed, three bedroom 1830s cottage situated in mid-Cornwall near the Eden Project, Clay Trails, and the Lost Gardens of Heligan.

Suitable for up to 6 adults. Children and pets very welcome. A lovely, charming former mill worker's cottage located in mid Cornwall. The house has been totally renovated and offers a great home-from-home for up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. Pets and children are welcome at no extra cost and a high chair and cot is available free of charge for babies. Many tourist attractions are nearby such as the E

den Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, and walking trails such as the Clay Trails and the Coastal Path. There is parking for up to 3 cars and storage is available for bicycles and surf boards. The nearest beach is approximately 15 minutes drive and the famous Newquay beaches are around 25 minutes drive. The cottage is located in a hamlet with shops and a train station located in St Austell which is only 2 miles away, 5 minutes by car or a mostly off-road 45 minute walk.
