Absolutely love these early mornings down at the pond. It’s teaming with wildlife at the moment and bursting into vibrant colour. Instantly quietens the mind….. and we all need a bit of that from time to time.
We have plenty of space left for summer breaks that don’t have to break the bank. Park up, disconnect and reconnect, you’ll be glad you did 🙏

This weekend would usually mark the end of our season, but we have decided to remain open for select dates throughout the winter. We will be opening one hut only so you will have the place to yourselves, with plenty of firewood to keep you warm and cosy. What’s not to love??? For those of you lucky enough to be visiting over the next week, the weather looks great and Minkiemoos have delicious ice cream treats 😍😋

For those of a certain age, you’ll remember the mighty ‘Brown Derby’ dessert from The Wimpy (pre vegan days for us, obviously 😂)! Well, as it’s gonna be hot for the next few days, we thought we’d do our version in the shop of some of our fave ice cream desserts!! 😱🙌
