Its becoming more frequent that we're seeing damage done to vehicles due to bad road surfaces. Here's an example, the customer rang us stating that she had hit a pothole and since that, she was experiencing a loud rumble when accelerating. Turns out her exhaust had snapped. A temporary repair was carried out until her new parts arrived.
