The kitchen also has slate flooring and is complete with electric oven and gas hob, a microwave, fridge with separate freezer and a washing machine. The lounge/dining area has a stunning oak floor and is equipped with TV and DVD player, electric fitted wall coal effect fire, and a selection of DVD’s, books, games, magazines etc. From the lounge you lead into the conservatory and onto the balcony where the sunsets here are spectacular! Enjoy and relax with a soothing drink at the end of the day and watch the sun go down or wake up the day with breakfast – fantastic! The apartment offers free parking in a 7′ foot wide lock up garage. This is suitable for medium sized cars such as a Ford Focus and has accommodated Mercedes C Class, VW Tiguan etc. Estate cars are suitable but it will not hold a SUV and cars with roof boxes/racks may find it difficult.
