As part of Speak Cornish Week (22 - 30th June), local Cornish Bard, Raymond Bridgewater, will be giving free lessons at the Cornerstone, St Ives Library building on Thursday 27th June 2024 at 11am and 12.30pm. The lessons are only 30minutes where you'll learn a few phrases.

St Michael’s Mount is only 20 minutes away from our cottage and it’s open all year around and it’s a fantastic day out.

Look out for the footsteps of King Charles, Queen Elizabeth and Queen Victoria set in stone

Three Seas / The Cottage Boutique
The Cottage Boutique - booking was simple, communication was great for pre arrival and departure, the property was exactly as described and we had no issues we needed to contact them about. Would definitely book through them again!

Three Seas was fabulous for our family of 5! The property was clean, beautifully decorated, cosy, spacious, very well equipped with everything we needed and in an ideal location to the main streets/beaches of St Ives but also just far enough away that it was quiet too.

The welcome hamper was lovely and very generous. And although we hardly spent much time at the house as we had such a busy week, when we did, the kids loved the games and also the PlayStation and amazingly the shower 😅 I have never seen them want to shower so often. The beds were super comfortable too.

My only comment and this is very minor, was that we didn't realise the car parking space was shared with next door. It does say it in the guest book but we hadn't realised beforehand. As we've got a VW van we had parked it in the middle of the space as it was quite tight for a large vehicle and then had to move it when next doors car arrived to park too. It wasn't a problem as we moved it and parked tight to our side but had we gone out when they checked in, we may not have been there to move it and there isn't anywhere else they would have been able to park. As I said it is a really minor thing but just wanted to mention it for future guests.

We really loved it and didn't want to leave and we are already planning to rebook for next year! ❤️
