Sea Ayr is a recently renovated town house situated in St Ives providing spacious, luxurious accommodation with sea views. The property provides contemporary and flexible accommodation perfect for family group holidays. The open plan lounge/diner is a light comfortable room with oak flooring, original features and modern seating. It has a large flat screen TV, DVD, wifi and a small selection of DV

Ds. The large 8 place dining table is perfect for the family get together. The kitchen is well equipped with Neff gas hob and electric double oven, integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine/tumble dryer and dishwasher. It also has a breakfast table. Visitors to the beach will particularly like the downstairs shower room. Sea Ayr has two double bedrooms and two twin bedded rooms. There is also ample space for travel cots. There is a fabulous family bathroom with bath and separate shower on the first floor with separate WC. There is gas central heating throughout, with under floor heating in the shower room and bathroom. A small outside area is available with seating which is ideal for quiet relaxation on a summer evening. This patio area leads to the private car parking spaces. Linen and towels provided

On-site parking is included at no additional charge for 2 cars

Our Story

Sea Ayr is a beautifully presented four bedroom town house situated in St Ives providing spacious, luxurious accommodation with sea glimpses. The property provides a contemporary and flexible space perfect for family group holidays.

The open plan lounge/diner is a light comfortable room with oak flooring, original features and modern seating. It has a large Smart TV, DVD, wifi and a small selection of DVDs. The large eight place dining table is perfect for the family get together.

The kitchen is well equipped with Neff gas hob and electric double oven, integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher. It also has a breakfast table.

Visitors to the beach will particularly like the downstairs shower room with underfloor heating.

On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with fabulous bay window and high ceilings, there is a king size bed and ample storage.

The two twin bedrooms are also located on this floor, with a travel cot supplied for guests use.

There is a great family bathroom with bath and separate shower with under floor heating, plus a further separate WC.

The converted attic provides a further double room with dorma windows to the front and rear offering distant sea views.

A small enclosed outside area is available with seating which is ideal for quiet relaxation on a summer evening. This patio area leads to the private car parking spaces.
