There’s a lot of new people who have discovered our page since we launched our giveaway yesterday

We wanted to take this opportunity to introduce or reintroduce ourselves to everyone and to put a face behind our business. We hadn’t anticipated falling in love with the place so much but we did! We had the most wonderful week in St Ives so we took a little

look at available property whilst we were there and when we spotted 9 The Meadows for sale, a run-down old fisherman’s cottage just yards from Porthmeor Beach, we knew it was just perfect! In 2016 we squeezed in a week’s stay at the house, booked in our builders and began a very extensive renovation project. The build had its ups and downs (more downs if we’re honest) but we put our heart and soul into it and turned 9 The Meadows a run-down 2 bedroomed terraced house into Rockfish St Ives, a luxury 4 bedroomed property with master bedroom suite complete with roll top bath, open plan living space, large garden and extensive sea views. Rockfish St Ives opened to our first guests’ late summer 2018 and the rest is history! We absolutely love providing all of our guests with a quality home from home experience and the opportunity to enjoy all that wonderful St Ives has to offer! We know that our guests could have chosen any number of places to stay in St Ives, but they chose us & for that we are ever so grateful!

Did you know we are dog friendly? 🐶

Dogs are a part of the family and they will love a break to the Cornish coast at Rockfish. There are plenty of food spots to take your pup, as well as coastal walks with stunning views. The whole family will be able to take on this stunning adventure with a cosy and comfy place to return to 🌊

When you want the water but you've done the beach three times already, a swimming pool is a great option for a family outing, especially when the sun is beaming!☀️

Hayle Swimming Pool is not far away, only about 15 minutes in the car, perfect for those holiday-buzzing kids. With it being so local, it's easy to get back if plans change, and there's not many better places to come back to than Rockfish 😉

Well, there is a plethora of delicious fineries to treat yourself to, one being Reef and Beef - a gorgeous restaurant serving locally sourced Cornish seafood and steak 🦞 🥩

Just a 20 minute drive from Rockfish - Reef and Beef is a place that the whole family can enjoy 🍴

St Ives it’s been a pleasure…
What a wonderful week in St Ives we’ve had.. great to see the town full of people enjoying the shops, restaurants and the beaches of course! Rockfish has been the perfect base for the 8 of us and we’ve made the most of it 🥰
We’ve also been busy getting Rockfish ready for a busy summer season, it’s looking smart and all ready for our next guests.
We have one summer week remaining, w/c 2nd August, if you are planning a visit to St Ives this summer get in touch!

"Rockfish is honestly the best place we have ever stayed – the perfect holiday. We have been to Cornwall a number of times and had visited but never stayed in St Ives before. I don’t think we will go anywhere else again! Rockfish was the perfect location – waking up to hear and see the sea each morning was idyllic. The fact I could take a cup of tea from the kitchen and drink it sitting on the beach, reading my book, while it was still hot was heaven for me. To walk 2 mins for freshly baked croissants and bread each morning was a real treat."
