On site car parking for two to three makes this the perfect family getaway. This beautiful four bedroom Victorian house has been renovated to provide spacious comfortable accommodation. Situated off Treylon Avenue it is reached by

a private lane with little or no traffic. The kitchen/diner is well equipped with gas hob, double oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The large eight place dining table is perfect for the family get together. The lovely light and airy dual aspect lounge, with original floorboards, provides plenty of seating consisting of three large sofas and window seating. It has a large over mantle wall mounted TV with DVD and PS Games Console. There is also a gas fire for those long winter evenings with a hot toddy. Coastguard House has one Super King en-suite bedroom with views. For those who have to work, a desk is included with fantastic views. There is also one ground floor double en-suite bedroom and two twin bedded rooms. There is also ample space for a travel cot. Gas central heating is provided throughout. There is a downstairs WC, an upstairs wetroom, an en-suite wetroom (off bedroom two) and an en-suite bathroom with overhead shower (off master). The outside space consists of a private sheltered courtyard, partly covered, for alfresco dining in all conditions, with table chairs and BBQ. There is a large shower room – perfect for rinsing those sandy toes and wetsuits. This will be invaluable particularly to visitors to the beach. There is an additional family wet room on the first floor and a separate WC on the ground floor.
