Finishing touches. Will be arriving next week. We will spend one month trialing before it goes for its final VOSA test in December.
Been a slog and a half, but once one is done then it’s a breeze thereafter!

DRIVERS REQUIRED
The first ZEST shuttle bus will be arriving in Salcombe later this month.
We require licensed private hire/Hackney Carriage drivers to cover our scheduled bus route and private hire. This is a Salcombe only service.
If you are interested but don’t have a license do not worry. We can help with that.

Welcome to ZEST - a Zero Emission Salcombe Transit passenger shuttle service.

Our aim is to have this emission-free service up and running by August 2023.

Salcombe is severely underserved for transport and our aim is to assist easy access to all areas within the town.

We hope in time to decrease the amount of vehicles (and subsequent emissions) driving through Salcombe in search of somewhere to park or en route to local beaches.

Full-time residents, business employees, visitors, the elderly, families with small children and those with mobility difficulties all deserve easy access and to enjoy all Salcombe has to offer.

ZEST hopes to augment any existing or proposed services and appreciates your support.
