Creating spaces for individuals to feel safe and comfortable has been the driving force behind Wellness at Waresley.

This November is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month and to mark the occasion, we’re hosting a Men-Only Night Swim on 12th November from 7:30pm - 8:30pm.

Take an hour to unwind in the cool lake, followed by hot chocolate around the fire pit. It’s a chance to switch off, relax and recharge in a supportive setting.
