We are recruiting coach and minibus drivers who can provide excellent customer service and in return we can provide some great benefits.
You will receive your own allocated coach, a smart yet comfortable company uniform, a mobile phone allowance, your DCPC paid for by Cozys, a free medical renewal, pension scheme and a long service bonus scheme is also included.
Since 1984 when Cozys started we have continuously upgraded our coaches to ensure we have a modern fleet and we have a clean and modern facility in Sandy along with a great existing team who are always happy to help other team members.
We have a wide variety of work available including private hires, day trips, school and workers contracts and tours.
On average, a Monday to Friday working week is 50 hours and this will vary slightly throughout the year, additional hours are available at weekends which is paid at a higher rate.
Average wage PA £40,500.00
Part time hours are also available to suit including School/College contracts

Another day, another review, great work by Sam and Leo. Sam and Leo are 2 of our newest drivers and we are always pleased to receive great feedback.

Just wanted to say a very big thank you for supporting our bowls tour to the Lowestoft area on the weekend of 26th July, you sorted all the arrangements for me quickly, efficiently and more importantly in such a welcoming and friendly way, nothing was ever too much trouble. Must also send a very special thank you to Stewart who really took care of us all over the weekend especially those of our team that needed a little more mobility support. His sense of humour was brilliant and everyone on the tour said what a lovely gentleman he is. Celebration of Achievement and the Opening of IoTA Training Room.
