‘’We have owned our property at Bryn Y Mor Tenby for many years and have been holiday letting for about 15 years. Originally we were using a substantial national company who professed to be “experts” in this market. As with many large organisations their level of service and bookings was on a downward decline almost from day one. We found it impossible to reach them by phone as they operated a call centre staffed with very poorly trained individuals. E mails that we sent were invariably ignored. At the start of 2024 we had had enough and commenced a relationship with Puffin. I had seen their social media posts and we were impressed with what we saw. What a breath of fresh air they have been. Over the last twelve months we have had an amazing level of bookings. In none of our previous 14 years with the other organisation had we had anything comparable – the difference is unbelievable. Furthermore Andy, Vicki and their team are very hands on and do everything to make life easy for their owners, and that in turn is a big plus for the holiday makers. Without hesitation I would recommend them, they are a delight to work with. The simple fact of the matter is that you really cannot beat local owner managed businesses. Thank you again, and here is to many years working with you’’.

Matt Waldron Private Dining Evening

🤩 What an amazing evening as we got to try out Matt Waldron Private Dining here at Puffin Cottage Holidays! ⭐️ Matt is a professional chef who has also featured on Disney+‘Unchartered with Gordon Ramsay’ and BBC’s ‘The Hairy Bikers.’ 🧑‍🍳 His career has spanned over 20 years in Michelin Starred restaurants across the world. 🏡 Matt and his lovely partner arrived an hour before service and took over from there and it was really interesting to find out a little more about their business. ✨ The food was absolutely first class. You get to choose a 3/5 or 7 course menu in advance of the evening where you can also have an input into the menu. If you have a preference of seafood or game for example, Matt will create a menu around this. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 This really is the perfect evening for our guests on their holiday here in Pembrokeshire and at just £75 a head for 5 courses, personally we think this is amazing value! 🐧 Matt and Jordan would like to offer a free bottle of wine for any guests of Puffin Cottage Holidays that book them up for their upcoming holiday here with us.
