π€© What an amazing evening as we got to try out Matt Waldron Private Dining here at Puffin Cottage Holidays!
βοΈ Matt is a professional chef who has also featured on Disney+βUnchartered with Gordon Ramsayβ and BBCβs βThe Hairy Bikers.β
π§βπ³ His career has spanned over 20 years in Michelin Starred restaurants across the world.
π‘ Matt and his lovely partner arrived an hour before service and took over from there and it was really interesting to find out a little more about their business.
β¨ The food was absolutely first class. You get to choose a 3/5 or 7 course menu in advance of the evening where you can also have an input into the menu. If you have a preference of seafood or game for example, Matt will create a menu around this.
π΄σ §σ ’σ ·σ ¬σ ³σ Ώ This really is the perfect evening for our guests on their holiday here in Pembrokeshire and at just Β£75 a head for 5 courses, personally we think this is amazing value!
