Best rates with direct bookings. Flat 5 is only available to family, friends and friends of friends. We do not use agencies and are cheaper than identical flats. Please contact for details. The flat is well equipped with its own parking space. Prices range from £425 per week low season to £794 per week high season. Long weekends possible out of high season. It has a double bed, bunk beds and a sof

a bed. There are numerous excellent pubs and restaurants within a short walk. A £50 deposit secures a firm booking. One well behaved pet acceptable - the beach to the left is dog friendly all year. Restrictions apply on the beach to the right from 1st May to 30th September.

Wishing a Happy New Year to flat 5 followers. If you feel like a good seaside break would be a tonic after the season's festivities, here are a few available dates in the near future all at the low season rate of £450 Saturday to Saturday. 13th, 20th & 27th January & 3rd February. Flat 5 has never looked better after extensive renovations including a new kitchen and flooring.

Greetings to flat 5 followers! Only 2 weeks available for remainder of 2023 - weeks commencing Saturday 30th Sept (£645) and Sat 21st Oct (£550). Usual terms of £50 deposit & balance 3 weeks before holiday. Please note - we only let to people we know or have been recommended by previous guests.
It's looking like a busy rest of this year as we seek to keep flat 5 in tip top condition. The patio door glass seal has started to mist up and the door runners are showing their age. The whole section (patio door and side windows) is due to be replaced on 20th July. Nothing should spoil that view! 😊👌.
Flat 5 will be closed for much of November to allow for a new kitchen and laminate flooring in the lounge, hallway and shower room.
