Lovely town with boutique shops, antiques and arts, cinema, restaurants and pubs. Shingle beach with fresh fish and seafood huts. Small village with boating lake, Emporium (vintage antiques and collectables stalls) Golf course and pub. It is possible to walk to Thorpeness along the coast from Aldeburgh. Southwold - 25 minutes by car. Market town with a sandy beach, pier and beach hut lined promenade. Home to the Adnams brewery, tours available throughout the year. Lighthouse with 20 minute tours (subject to weather and operational requirements) Cinema and summer theatre. Snape - 12 minutes by car. Snape Maltings with its food hall selling the best of sullfolk's food and drink producers and artisan produce, antiques centre and leading arts venue in suffolk. High lodge Leisure - 13 minutes by car.
