Quick and simple full body HIIT workout:
5 rounds 40 seconds work 20 seconds rest….25 mins total
Burpees- fast as you can get the heart rate up
Deadlift-bicep curl-shoulder press- a range of muscles active. Keeping core strong throughout
Jump squats- burn the quads with a squat pulse into a jump squat
Dumbbell bent over row- keep core engaged as you hinge at the hips and row the dumbbells squeezing your back at the top
Side step touches- blast the heart rate up and concentrate on explosive change of directions

🏋️♀️Barbell Bench With Isometric Hold🏋️♀️
Benefits:
1. Compound exercise across chest shoulders and triceps.
2. Time under tension lengthened to strain the muscles under lighter load.
3. Can help improve power when lifting heavier at the lowest phase of your lift.
🏋️♀️Incline Dumbbell Bench Press🏋️♀️
Benefits:
1. Helps to strengthen your upper pectoralis major, anterior deltoid and triceps.
2. The incline dumbbell press works each arm separately, therefore helping to remove any imbalances.
3. The dumbbells allow for a deeper stretch at the bottom of the movement. This extra range of motion can help to stimulate more muscle fibres leading to increased muscle growth.
4. Using dumbbells also offer more freedom when positioning the wrists, therefore reducing wrist issues and joint strain.

~Dumbbell bench press 3 sets of 5-8 reps
~Dumbbell incline press 3 sets of 8-12 reps
~Chest fly into chest press cable superset 3 sets of 10
~Chest press machine DROP SET
~Tricep pull downs (isolated single arms) 3 sets of 10
~Overhead Trice extensions 3 sets of 10
An enjoyable mixture of free weights, fixed machines and cables to hit my workout! So many online workouts will tell you one of the above is the "best" way to train!
Dumbbells: create instability, core engagement to control weight
Cables: perform tension on a muscle from a different angle, slightly more supported. Stood up alternative (let's face it we all sit down far too much)
Fixed machines: perfect for isolating the muscle you're targeting, fixed motion and more stability. Able to overload in a controlled and safe manner
Don't fall into the trap in believing that one of these is superior to all the others no matter what.
The main factor to determine how good each is, is how consistent will you do them.
