⚡️Apprentice Electrician ⚡️
Integra are a nationwide Electrical Contractor based in Scarborough, North Yorkshire. We deal with new electrical installations and refurbishment works of Cinemas, Bowling Alleys and Holiday Parks, just to name a few.
We are currently looking to recruit an apprentice electrician to work on Prestigious Commercial and Industrial projects throughout the UK.
You will be working partly in the local area but mainly throughout the UK as business needs require, staying away from home with accommodation and a daily meal allowance provided.
We would require you to have a full UK driving licence and be over the age of 18. You will also be required to provide your own hand and cordless tools, but this is not essential.
Essential skills:
• The ability to plan and organise your own work.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail.
• Excellent time skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: JIB structured electrical apprentice pay, overtime rates will also apply to hours worked over the standard 40-hour week, paid holiday, transport, uniform (PPE) and all future training requirements will be provided by ourselves at Integra.

Due to growth in business we are looking for an Electrical Contract Manager who can make a real impact. Who can not only carry out the role expected of an Electrical Contract Manager, but also has the ability and drive to review current processes and recommend and implement processes and systems, which will enable us to continue to grow whilst delivering a quality service to our clients.

About you

You will have experience of running projects from concept to completion ranging in value from £50K - £2M. This could be through experience in the following industries. Schools, Leisure Industry, Education or healthcare.
You will be the type of person who takes accountability for their actions, not afraid to try new ways or working, but also learning from things if they don’t go to plan. You will be pro-active and organised ensuring you deliver on your responsibilities. Not all projects run to plan (especially at the moment with COVID restrictions) and therefore you will also have patience and be able to tolerate challenges, delays and unexpected obstacles while maintaining a calm even demeanor, supporting others to grow and learn.

About the role

A key part of this role is client liaison to ensure the client is fully informed at all stages of the project. You will liaise with design teams to ensure the programme of works meets the clients brief and utilise estimation methods to ensure it meets costing parameters. You will have complete financial responsibility for projects including project valuations, costing and submission of variations and final account submission/ agreement.
You will undertake buying and supply chain management with support to ensure materials are on site at the required times to ensure timely completion of projects. Undertake technical submittals and RFI submittal/resolution as required. You will be responsible for on-site coordination both with the team and the client to ensure:

• appropriate site set up;
• on site health and safety measures are identified through the production of appropriate risk assessments and method statements, measures are then implemented and followed;
• onsite progress is recorded and monitored appropriately; and
• contingencies are put in place where required.

Integra have been working hard the last couple of months on Northallerton school and sixth form. The project is a complete refurbishment to the east and west side and the project is due for completion in August.

Integra have started work this week on the new club house and support building at Dundonald Links golf course. Completion is due in October.

Integra have secured the electrical package for the highly prestigious new Soho house in Brighton. Work commences in a couple of weeks and completion is due in May.

Integra are currently on site at The Springs in Oxford. The project involves all electrical works to new green keepers building, club house and refurbishment of the hotel at the historic golf course in Oxford. Completion is due in September.
