Own entrance with parking for two cars, secluded garden with brick weave patio, table and chairs for al fresco dining, overlooking fields to the rear. This accommodation is furnished and decorated to a very high standard. The kitchen is completely fitted and includes a fridge / freezer, washer / dryer, dishwasher, electric oven and gas hob, gas combi boiler and table and chairs. In the downstairs

bedroom there is a king-size bed with plenty of storage in the mirrored wardrobes. There are two bedrooms upstairs, one leads of from the other and can be set as two singles or a twin. The lounge has seating for 5 / 6 and has Sky television and CD / radio player. Plenty of reading and reference books are available especially pertaining to North Norfolk and the Broads. Only five minutes walk to the Beach, shop and local pub. Sea Palling is located on the East Coast of Norfolk and has fine sandy beaches backed by sand dunes, all located in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Garden has now been fenced although keeping the amazing view over the fields. BBQ area and lots of outdoor seating (not all shown in the video). No guests for a few more months but we will comply with all the standards set when this happens.
