Why not pop along to Bamburgh Castle for a true family day out and let us dog sit in the Castle grounds for the 4 legged members of your family 🐕🐩🐕‍🦺

Suggested cash or card donations for the service are £5 for a 30 minute slot, and £10 for a 1 hour slot, payable on the day, with all funds raised from the dog sitting going to the Northumberland Dog Rescue Charity (RCN 1170022) 💜

Advance booking is recommended via email at [email protected] due to there being limited availability on the days 👍

Easter dog-sitting dates confirmed! 🐾🏰

We are delighted to be working with Northumberland Dog Rescue again for 2024! Dates for Easter are confirmed:

• Sunday 31 March
• Monday 1 April
• Sunday 7 April
• Monday 8 April

If you are planning to use this wonderful service on your visit, we strongly recommend you pre-book a 30 or 60 minute slot with the charity as spaces fill up quickly and it is unlikely there will be availability on the day!

Dog Sitting Service - October dates confirmed! 🐶

Dogs are more than welcome in our grounds but unfortunately, we cannot allow them in the Castle building itself. So, on select days we work with our Charity of the Year , who’s volunteers provide a very popular dog sitting service in our grounds to allow our visitors to see the interior parts of the Castle all together!

Confirmed dates for October are as follows:

• 22 Oct
• 23 Oct
• 29 Oct
• 30 Oct

30-minute or 60-minute slots are available to pre-book. Please see our website for more details on how to book.
