Howgills Apartments - our group of five apartments in the heart of town sleeps from one guest to 6 guests. The apartments are a two-minute stroll from nearby artisan bakers, cafes and independent shops set amidst the backdrop of sandstone buildings, cobbled streets and picturesque f

ells. Howgills Barn - sleeps up to 35 guests and is the perfect place for a group get-together. Set up a winding lane the barn's private location is perfect for a 'get-away' yet is still only a 5-minute walk into town, should you fancy a hot chocolate or something stronger! The barn has 8 ensuite bedrooms, an indoor games room, an open lounge and dining area, a patio, BBQs, a games field, wifi and not forgetting the hot tub! Howgills House - offers luxury group accommodation and sleeps up to 28 guests in 12-ensuite bedrooms (a mixture of twins, doubles and 2 family rooms). Set in stunning countryside there is a beautiful outside area for dining, snooker and 2 undercover hot tubs.

Today couldn’t be more perfect here at Howgills Barn! The sun’s out, it’s feeling warmer, and just look at that sky! ☀️ Winder Fell is standing tall, looking absolutely breathtaking.

It’s the perfect day to sink into the warmth of our hot tubs 🛁, watching the lambs 🐑 play in the fields and listening to the birds singing away.

Staying at Howgills Accommodation? Then you’ve got a must do adventure right on your doorstep! The Winder Fell walk is the perfect way to stretch your legs, breathe in fresh fell air and take in some breathtaking views.

Starting right from Sedbergh, the climb is a steady challenge, but trust us it’s so worth it. As you reach the summit (473m high!), you’ll be treated to panoramic views of the Yorkshire Dales, the Lake District and even Morecambe Bay on a clear day 🌅

Depending on how healthy the lamb is and on the weather conditions, a lamb can go outside as little as 12 hours after being born. Makes my day to see them bouncing around the fields!
