Hello from Catherine at Billington Travel

I hope you are all keeping well.

We will reopen from Thursday 3rd December 2020. Our opening hours will remain the same: –

Monday to Friday 09.00 – 17.30
Saturday 10.00 – 14.00
Sunday – Closed

We are planning to resume our currency service from Thursday, however, please note that currency deliveries to the office are taking longer than usual. Please, therefore, allow us 4 working days to receive the currency.

I just also want to take this opportunity to say thank you for your continued support. It has meant a lot to me. It has certainly been an unusual and tough year, but Billington Travel is ready to help with your travel requirements, as and when you are ready to start travelling again.

If I do not get the opportunity to speak to you beforehand, have a great Christmas & a happy, healthy New Year.

Coronavirus (Covid-19) Update

Hello,

I hope that you are all keeping well.

Firstly, can I just say a thank you for your continued support during these difficult times.

As most of you will be aware, the government have advised that all non-essential businesses should close and that staff, where possible, work from home. I have therefore made the decision to work from home starting Thursday, 5th November.

All calls made to the office will be diverted to my mobile phone. I am only able to take one call at a time so if you get an engaged tone, please send an email to [email protected] and I will call you back as soon as I am available.

I will have full access to emails and all travel systems, so I will be able to make amendments and new bookings from home.

Our opening hours will remain the same – 09.00 – 17.30 Monday to Friday, and 10.00 – 14.00 on Saturdays

I know that this is a difficult time for many of our customers. Billington Travel is here to support all our clients with their current and future holiday plans. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions.
