THE 'GALEON ANDALUCIA' VISITS COWES FOR THE FIRST TIME!⛵️🌊

The Galeón Andalucía - an impressive faithful historical replica of the Spanish galleons that sailed through the world during the 16th to the 18th century - is visiting Cowes for the first time! It is docked at Trinity Landing, where it will be open for public viewing from now until 8 September.🤩

The vessel is an imposing ship of 55 metres in length, with six decks, made of iroko and pine wood, and almost a thousand square metres of sail area in its seven sails, built with careful historical rigor.🛠

During its stay in Cowes, the public will be able to get onboard, tour its decks and learn about her details, how she sails, what life was like onboard and the history of these ships.🌊
