Apart from being co owner what's your main role = Marketing/accounts/networking and supplier management.
What's your favourite food = that's a hard one🤣Pizza, Indian and Sunday roast.
Favourite drink = Jack Daniels🥴
What's your favourite destination = Portugal
Best ever holiday = Zanzibar visiting the Freddie Mercury museum which was my bucket list.
Favourite colour = Red
What do you love about being a Travel Counsellor = Travel counsellors really are at the top of the game for tailor made holidays, or as we like to call them, experiences, it gives me the freedom to work when I want, you'll often find me walking our dog Sully🐕‍🦺 until mid morning but then working until 10 at night.
And finally...what do you love most about your job= I absolutely love choosing which suppliers we are going to work with at any given time and that my office can be at home or anywhere in the world, one of our most complex booking was made in a hotel room in Mexico.

What do you love about being a Travel Counsellor = Having the flexibility of being able to switch from being a travel agent to a tour operator, it just means I'm always able to offer the best options to my clients, I also love having the backing of such an amazing head office who's commitment to doing what's best for customers matches my own.
And finally...what do you love most about your job = OK where do i start...being a part of the journey a customer embarks on when planning that perfect experience. Hearing the thrill in a clients voice when we hit that perfect itinerary, you just seem to know when you've got it right and then you get a sense of excitement as you prepare to present it to them.

Is a cruise right for me🤷?

A question we get asked from time to time is "will a cruise or land based holiday suit me best"
A seasoned cruise client will know exactly what they want and which line can offer it.
For a first time cruise client the options are just way too vast and confusing to get it right first time without talking to an expert as all cruise lines, and Ships for that matter have their own atmosphere and vibe. Now with a cruise being a sizable financial investment, getting it right first time is an absolute must, after all this ship is your home for the duration of your trip and choosing the wrong Ship or cruise line just shouldn't be an option.

Now the dust has settled.
We'd just like to both apologise and say a huge thank you to our clients for their understanding and patience while we dealt with the fallout of the break in at our office this week, Just another showing of your unwavering support to us so we bow to you.
We're now back to normal service, and although the thieves left empty handed (as like all rats that run at the slightest noise 🤣)
We've obviously had to beef up security which is more time consuming than you think, at least now should they return will be in for, let's say a little shock⚡️.
Should this post manage to reach said rats take note of the following:
We work very hard on our business and we will not tolerate this sort of behaviour, if you are caught on our premises you will be severely punished, you will be beaten with a stick, fed to the dog, then maybe even handed over to the police.

❌NO CUSTOMER DETAILS
❌NO SAFE
Are left in our office overnight,
Although our office equipment is very valuable to us, it's worth absolutely nothing to anyone else.
