Our Canadian passport service is running today, and next week on Tuesday 10th, 11th and 12th May, but NOT on Saturday 7th or Saturday 14th May as usual (due to a wedding and other stuff going on, sorry)..

Shop is open this week as normal. However I am still quite ill, and mot sure when I will be working. Ring to check if you need Canadian passport photos taking. Poor me (and poor John for having to take my place) 😪🤧🤕😷🥴

Covid has got its evil, snively hands on my poor bod 🤧🥶😭🗣🦥. As a result,
there will be no Canadian passport service in our shop next week, sorry everyone. All other passport services running as normal as John will be running the shop. 🚑😬🤕😖🛌

After 20 years of UK passport/driving licence photos priced at £4.00, we have finally had to put it up to £4.50. Still a bargain though!

Just had a phone call from someone obviously very medically vulnerable and scared of catching Omicron whilst getting a passport photo taken here. My advice for anyone scared is to come in at 11am when we open up, as we will have had a 'UV3 Ozone' lamp on after closing the shop the previous day, so you will be coming into a sterile environment with only either me or John attending. The only hazard you may face at that time of the morning is one of us: if we've not had enough coffee before work, and are grumpy!

I also take 'Lateral Flow' tests before coming in to work every week. I work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays (usually)

Please note that due to the rampant nature of he new Omicron variant, and the staff being 'of an age-challenged, triple jabbed but nervous older generation' (old gits), we will be closed from Saturday 25th Dec until Tuesday 3rd January. Plesse try and pick up your 35mm developed films before this.

Our passport service is open 11.15am - 3.45pm, Tue-Saturday. NOTE: This is NOT a guaranteed service! In the (very very occasional) event of your photos being rejected by the Passport Office or Post Office, we will re-check them, and if they are not up to specification, we will re-take them at no extra charge. If you need an absolute guarantee due to appointments at embassies etc, then you may need a professional photographer to do this for you, who guarantees their photos will pass, and who usually charge substantially more. I have been told by various customers that their embassy did have facilities to take photos in case a customers photos are not suitable. Best to check before you travel!

The shops passport days and times have changed slightly.
We are still open every day from Tuesday to Saturdays for physical set of passort photos, 11am till 4pm. But Canadian passport photos are only available on Saturdays, Tuesdays and wednesdays, 11am till 3.30pm.
If confused, ring (0114) 2667077 for clarification!
