Good Morning Everyone!

The black and white photo was taken eleven years ago today. My first training day here at Maxfields with the main man, my father, Peter! You can’t see the nerves, but for me, it was a huge jump from my previous profession.

The photo on the right is me and dad this morning, discussing our 2025 brochure and everything we have planned for you all!

So many people ask me, how is it working in a family business? Well, my parents have a lot of patience of course! 😆

Working with my parents is possibly the best job I’ve ever had! Full of learning curves, hard work but most of all, full of laughter! 🤭

Thank you to mum and dad for inviting me into the fold, together we have not only made memories for us as a family, but for so many other families who have enjoyed our days out and holidays! 🧡 ❤️

Here’s to the next eleven years of cooking up more fun and fabulous things to offer all our fantastic customers!

Chartwell was the principal residence of Winston Churchill from 1924 until his death in 1965. We cannot believe how much he has raised! Thank you to all of the Maxfields customers and Bens friends for your well wishes and generous donations!

He set out to raise £500 for Sheffield Childrens Hospital, the current total stands at £1865!!!! Which is amazing work! We are hoping by Sunday to reach the grand total of £2000!

Good Morning you wonderful people!

So as you all know I am doing the Manchester 10k on Bank Holiday Sunday the 26th of May!
I have decided to do a little offer to celebrate!

We are doing a charity coach to Manchester on the Sunday for people to visit this wonderful city and enjoy the fabulous atmosphere that takes over the entire streets of Manchester.

If you just want to have a shop, grab a bite to eat or cheer on the runners, the choice is endless.

From personal experience, this is an electric day and there is something for everybody!

I have decided to do this at a minimal cost of £20 with £5 per person going to The Sheffield Childrens Hospital!

On board there will be a raffle like we have never done before, tickets will be £1 per strip with ALL proceeds going to The Sheffield Childrens Hospital!

I do hope that you can join me on such a special day and support our cities finest, world renowned Childrens hospital!

You will be dropped off at the Palace Theatre which is just a ten minute walk to the shops and festivities!
