Our Story

I've been in the travel industry for sixteen years and I have just recently joined the Chapeltown branch . It's a lovely place to come to work, with a warm atmosphere and a dedicated team of staff. No two days are the same because we offer such a wide variety of holidays - from UK breaks and last minute deals to cruises and long haul adventures. We can also arrange weddings overseas and group bookings for guests. Hays Travel are the UK's largest independent agency, which means we bring you impartial advice; we're not affiliated to any particular tour operator, so we will check the market to find you a great deal. We love to get involved with the community in Chapeltown: in the past we have supported hospices, schools and the children's hospital. We're a friendly, local travel agency and we pride ourselves on delivering excellent levels of customer service - which is why so many people trust us to book their holidays time and time again.
