We have a wonderful Workshop running at Polehanger on 29 September - Paint and Sip with

The workshop will include all the tools and teaching you need to create a masterpiece. Prices includes a welcome drink (🥂 - although others available), a cake break during the session and tea or coffee.

A lovely event to do with friends or family. Minimum age 10 years old.

The event is in our Open Sided Barns, which we are opening for workshops and events from next Spring, so be the first to see them!

MEET THE TEAM...

Next up..the wonderful Lucy.

Lucy has joined us in the last few months as our Marketing Whizz. After spending ten years as a senior marketing manager and the last ten bringing up her family, Lucy now gets to spend time doing the bits that she loves best: marketing planning and copy writing for the Meadows and Farmhouse at Polehanger.

She's also Chief mediator for when Andrew and I have a disagreement and will happily roll her sleeves up and get stuck in with making the beds or working her way through our check in checklists when we need it, too!

We love working with Lucy and so glad she's joined the team.

MEET THE TEAM....Blissfully Clean!

Our wonderful cleaners declined an appearance on the grid, but we needed to tell you about Sara and her fantastic team. Guests regularly feedback how spotless our cabins and farmhouse are, and this is all thanks to Sara, Chelsea, Casey and the rest of the Blissfully Clean team. Guests don't usually get to meet them, but they're our superheroes behind the scenes!

MEET THE TEAM

Meet George. George is on hand to help with many jobs on the farm. He's our right hand man for woodland and footpath maintenance, vehicle maintenance, post guest check out tidy up, hot tub cleaning, gardening, grass cutting, kindling chopping and many other odd jobs.

He loves a chat and is happiest when driving the tractor or the mower.

We can't take any credit for the gardens at or . It's the work of our incredible gardeners who keep the garden at the Farmhouse at Polehanger looking so beautiful throughout the year. They've worked at Polehanger for nearly 18 years and have nurtured and created the stunning space that you can use when you visit the Farmhouse at Polehanger. They really are a horticultural dream team!

They're also behind the lovely gardens at the Meadows at Polehanger and the beautiful grasses on the side of each cabin.

MEET THE TEAM.

Next up....Andrew! Polehanger is his family farm and he's spent the last 8 years working on his vision to develop and diversify the farm further and create the fantastic business it currently is. And there's still LOADS more to do.

What job doesn't Andrew do? From websites to hot tubs, tractor driving, tree planting, farm maintenance, business development to drafting planning applications, accounts and general DIY. He does absolutely everything around the Farm. He's excellent in a crisis and definitely someone you want on your team.

Andrew is the one you are most likely to meet when you arrive at Polehanger. And it's usually him cleaning the hot tubs at the Meadows the next day and at the other end of the phone for hot tub heating related questions. He's always happy to help!

MEET THE TEAM!

It's been a while, so we thought it was time to (re) introduce ourselves. Starting with me, Charlotte, as I like this photo, and I run the Instagram account.

I'm not sure what my job role is, as it covers everything from marketing, cleaning, making beds, accounts, administration, operations, business development and everything in between.

It'll be me that you chat to on e-mails when you book the Meadows or the Farmhouse. Need advice on where to go during your stay? A private chef? Caterers? Nearby pubs? Takeaways? I've got you covered. We've done the research and we're always happy to help.

So, I look forward to chatting with you soon and can't wait to welcome you to the Farmhouse and the Meadows at Polehanger!

Andrew ran the London Marathon this weekend and completed it in an incredible 3 hours and 43 minutes! He hasn't taken his medal off since. He raised money for , an amazing charity that helps so many people.

We LOVE Wallflower cabin. It has the biggest garden and you can look out of your cabin through the natural window to the fields beyond. You can while away the hours on a comfy seat on the decking and soak up nature.

But it doesn't get as much love as the others as it doesn't have a hot tub. ☹️ But it does have cosy bunk beds, a comfy king size bed, a well equipped kitchen and bathroom and an all important fire pit!
