We've had a busy year this year, with so many lovely guests. Here is a recent review:

"We enjoyed our stay at Jenn’s beautiful cottage very much! It was everything we had hoped for, and more. On arrival we found she left some bread, milk, cakes and a bottle of wine which was so thoughtful! After a long drive those little treats were a lovely surprise. The cottage is so quaint and very clean! Beds so comfy, and very peaceful at night too. Jenn communicated very well even before we left for our trip. She was very helpful and gave me places to visit with the kids when I asked for her advice. There were also books and games for the kids which they absolutely loved.
Would highly recommend! Thanks so much"

Looking forward to welcoming more guests to our little corner of Somerset in 2024. For now, we will start decorating the cottage for our Christmas bookings 🎄

“Marjoram Cottage is a lovely place to stay in Somerset. We loved getting our fresh milk and eggs from the farm at the end of the road, and it was a great base to visit Bruton, Frome and Wells. The cottage is beautifully renovated and very comfortable and clean. I highly recommend.”

One of the many properties we are lucky to have nearby is . Every season is beautiful here, but I particularly love the spring time. Definitely worth a visit.

I haven’t done a before and after for a while…. So here’s the back bedroom. It was so cold and empty when we first bought the cottage, with a rather strange terracotta ceiling 🥴

Now it is a bright, airy, yet cosy bedroom that comfortably sleeps 4.

Our first Airbnb guests check in today. We’ve left them a hamper with some local produce (as well as sweet treats for the kids) and a pint of milk in the fridge from the village dairy Rodmore Farm’s Real Milk

💫 Lounge 💫 our cosy lounge with comfy sofas, a smart TV, and patio doors that lead to the small but perfectly formed back garden. I love this room. It’s light and bright during the day, but cosy and warm in the evening
