We are so grateful to all the businesses and customers that donated the wonderful raffle prizes and to all of those who bought a ticket/s.

A total of £589 was raised for British Heart Foundation which is absolutely incredible.

We had a truly special day, it was so lovely seeing/meeting all those who popped in.

We are looking for an experienced, part-time travel sales consultant to join our new shop in Shepton Mallet High Street!

𝗗𝗨𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦
- Ability to deal with incoming enquiries from external companies.
- Meet customers in store, via phone/email to determine travel needs, budgets and preferences.
- Confident in selling and coordinating transportation, accommodations, insurance, tours and activities.
- Advise clients regarding destinations, weather and activities etc.
- Collect payments from customers before deadlines.
- Ability to manage travel issues, conflicts, complaints and cancellations.
- Confidence in selling package holidays, re-packaging and all other elements of travel.
- Be able to build and maintain relationships with travel companies.
- Maintain records of bookings.
- Contribute to Everbuds Travel by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

- Experience working as a travel agent.
- Strong sales and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to negotiate effectively.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Detail oriented and highly organised.
- Strong ability to manage time and prioritise tasks.
- Willingness to learn.

- Flexibility to work weekend shifts when required.

16 hours per week.
Basic salary plus commission.

Everbuds Travel of Shepton Mallet are looking for a part time Travel Consultant.
We are looking for someone who has had experience in a busy travel agents. Preferably a minimum of 2 years.
The role is a maximum of 28 hours a week and we can be flexible on those hours.
Basic salary and commissions.
Based in our brand new office / shop
Great working environment.
Training on in house systems given.
With the role comes the opportunity of familiarisation trips.
