Simple travel instructions and the very helpful owner was on hand when we arrived. An upside-down house but very spacious rooms. Very well equipped including a gorgeous freshly baked home made cake. Spotlessly clean. A few farm animals to view, and a friendly Golden Labrador to admire. A couple of pub/restaurants with a good menu a short drive away. Many places to visit within easy drive including the Swannery at Abbotsbury, Chesil Beach, Portland Bill, Swanage, (heritage railway), Sherborne (Saturday market), Salisbury Cathedral. All in all, a peaceful and charming place to stay. Definitely going to stay again.

Travel instructions spot on. The track to the house is easy enough to drive down. Met the owner on arrival who was very helpful regarding local matters. An upside down house but very spacious rooms. Everything you could possibly want is there, including a gorgeous home baked cake on arrival. Spotlessly clean. A few farm animals to view, and a friendly Golden Labrador to admire. A couple of pub/restaurants with a good menu a short drive away. All in all a peaceful and charming place to stay. Happy to stay again.

How would I describe The Loft. Impeccable is the first word that comes to mind.
Sarah takes incredible care with the presentation of The Loft.
It says in the information that it is fully equipped and I can confirm it is and more.
It's a great location and a huge amount to do. Sherborne the nearest town is approximately 9 mins away.
Sarah makes an exceedingly lovely cake, which she hefty portions with a jug of milk.
Sarah, her husband (Robin) and beautiful lab called Elgar are very welcoming and excellent hosts.
I would whole heartedly recommend The Loft. We had a great time.
