Visit SHERINGHAM on the North Norfolk coast any time of year. TWIXT SEA AND PINE is the retro logo which still bears true today. Fantastic big sky and the brightest of sunsets. Beautiful Woodland, Cliff top and beach walks can be found less than a mile from the traditional High street with an array of independant shops. The coast hopper bus running from Cromer (5miles away) to Hunstanton (35miles

away) is a fabulous way to explore the coast. Historic city of Norwich is about an hour by bus or train for those who wish to travel further affield. Return after exploring to enjoy Fresh Lobster and Crab are caught daily (weather permitting) and served in most eateries. The town along with North Norfolk Steam Railway is host to several festivals and special weekends including 1940's weekend in September which is Norfolks 'Goodwood'. Classic Cars and Harley Davidson shows take place in the high street and Sheringham CARNIVAL in August is legendary. The National Trust owned Sheringham Park overlooks Weybourne which is home to the Muckleborough Collection of Military vehicles and parapehernalia. Other National Trust properties Felbrigg Hall and Blickling Hall are close by as is the Priory Maze and Gardens. Beautiful Flower Festivals in the various local historic and modern churches are always enjoyable. For unforgetable holidays or just a short break Sheringham is a must.
