Magnolia Cottage, in the seaside town of Sheringham, is a picturesque Edwardian house full of charm and character. A peaceful retreat, yet close to the heart of town, it’s perfectly placed for exploring the beautiful North Norfolk coast. Our holiday cottage adjoins the main house. It’s on the ground floor, completely level, with ample parking and a pretty courtyard garden.

Magnolia Cottage is our home; we take pride in ensuring the holiday cottage is always beautifully presented, comfortable and welcoming, a true home from home.

The cottage has spacious, sociable open plan living, with a relaxing coastal feel. Comfy leather sofas around the original fireplace create a cosy sitting room. There’s an attractive dining kitchen, two bedrooms (one double, one twin), shower room and separate wc.

This is the perfect Sheringham location, a leafy enclave of Edwardian houses, just a stroll from the seafront, beach and bustling little high street. The Coasthopper bus and Bittern Line train to Norwich are conveniently close, and there are miles of spectacular coast and country walks from the door.
