Helicopter charters to sporting events or to country houses for lunch or afternoon tea are popular in the summer months. HeliFly is also able to offer PPL(H) training in our Robinson R44 or a Hughes 300 (Schweizer 269).

The 20th August 2019 was a sad day for us here at HeliFly. Our Robinson R44 (G-HFLY) was 12 years old and needs a major overhaul.

We took it for one last flight crossing Gatwick, flying along the Heli Lanes over London and then back to sunny Shoreham via a lunch stop at Goodwood.

We'll miss HFLY, but don't worry, business carries on as usual using another R44 fresh out of rebuild. Expect pictures of G-CIMZ over the coming months as we take clients on scenic tours, to gourmet lunches and to events across southern England.

A very rare visitor popped in for some fuel today. The Kamov KA32 was en-route from Switzerland to Wales for a heavy lifting job. Apologies for all the wobbles on the camera as it lifts. It got a tad blowy!
