3 Self Catering Cottages 5 miles north of Shrewsbury. The cottages sleep 4/7/7, have 3 acres of lawn and garden with small lake and beautiful views.

New Weaning 101 workshop!

I'll be back at Newton Meadows, Harmer Hill, Shrewsbury for my first workshop of the year!

During this session we will cover all the core topics:
⭐️ Knowing when to start weaning (and myths to ignore)
⭐️ We will discuss weaning methods and the perceived pros and cons (and again, myths to ignore! 😅)
⭐️ Choking vs Gagging and preparing food safely
⭐️ Introducing Allergens
⭐️ Infant nutrition

We then have a bonus hour to cover recipes and meal ideas to put that information into practice! You get 6 months free follow-up support and a recipe booklet provided too. Light refreshments will also be provided.

I'm very excited about the food at the Mum's Time-Out!

I'm planning a Moroccan inspired feast for you all, including a veggie tagine, fruity cous cous, homemade breads and more. We will then round it off with a meringue platter! 😋

Today's Festive Wreath Making at Newton Meadows Cottages in the Garden Room. Cold and frosty outside, but the sun shone and there was a warm welcome inside. Feather brooches by Jasmine at Jasmine's Floral Fancies, and NYR products for sale - fabulous ideas for Christmas presents. Percentage of proceeds for the Air Ambulance. Beverages, homemade cakes, lovely ladies and some magnificent wreaths made, followed by a hand massage. If you missed it today, come and join us next year!
