We all stay as a group, so if your Fittness levels aren’t as good as others don’t worry we are there to support each other.

Let’s talk showing up for others. 🖤 I am a firm believer you should ensure your own cup is full before you can help others. But if you have a cup of kindness to give, your compassion and support can brighten someone’s day or even turn their tide for the better 🌊 .

Well done to and who are doing exactly that 👏🏼 . Creating a weekly safe space for men to join a walk in a non judgemental way and to meet like minded people. If you are within distance of Telford on a Wednesday night and want to free your mind 🧠 get in touch with either one of them for details. 🙌🏼

We roll again on Wednesday 10 July. Men’s Weekly Wrekin Walk. Meeting up at 7:15pm to start walking for 7:30pm. Me and Matt from mind over matter uk have purely set a goal for men to meet up and talk. We have created a friendly space in a non judgmental way, for the lads to get together and enjoy the fresh air. We would love for anyone to come of any age. If your Fittness isn’t the best, please don’t worry we will all stick at your pace and no one is left behind! You’re all welcome! We don’t want you to feel nervous on the first initial meet up. We are all here to support everyone! We plan to keep these walks running continuously each Wednesday. To support men in our local community!

What an awesome day this was! Always wanted to climb #gribgoch and I’m well chuffed I managed to do this. All thanks to @mind.over.matter.uk getting me onto this and organising it, and a big thanks to Chris at @northern_explorer_ helping me every step of the way. 😀 if you ever wanted to get into more technical routes then I can certainly recommend Chris to help you achieve your goals.

Another fantastic hike today! Hiking on luds church and the roaches. Really enjoyed this one. And made a massive change from hiking on the mountains. Quite muddy but was fun. We found a cave on minors track. Just looking to see if anyone else has seen this before.

One of the latest hikes we did climbing chrome hill on the Peak District 🙌 Looking for more people to form a bigger group walks. I have other walks planned in this year. I would like to start taking part in charity events to raise support for mental awareness 🙏
