Just 2 more Wednesdays until our Shrewsbury and Ironbridge sightseeing tour finishes at the end of August 2022.

A unique experience of travelling on a 59 year old bus, (turns 60 years old in November!) showcasing a bygone era of bus travel and enjoying the views along the tour, from the unique perspective of high above seeing views you wouldn't get to see in a car.

A very rare experience to travel on a London Routemaster these days on a bus route anywhere in the UK as well as our route being challenging for both the bus and the driver.

Our sightseeing tour starts on Wednesday, 20th July 2022 with our Routemaster coach, RMC1490 490CLT.

There is 2 seperate tours all starting and finishing at Shrewsbury High Street bus stop as pictured outside HSBC bank.

This will run every wednesday until August 31st 2022.

As many of you have requested for all day ticket just to ride around on our Routemaster (and why not) and not visit the attractions on the tours, we will introduce a seperate ticket for this. You will still get around a 1 hour break in Ironbridge.

For our all day ridearound tickets, these will be the following prices.

Adult £17.50
Child £10.00
Concession £15.00
Family 2+2 £42.50

Thank you to those who have participated in our online survey on our website regarding your preferences and general details about our Shrewsbury and Ironbridge sightseeing tour.

Some of the results was a little surprising and some of them was very positive and shows we was doing it well after its relaunch in 2017 with our Routemaster Coach.

There is still time to participate.

We are going to be submitting our route registration in this week.
There will be some changes and some of these are to meet new government legislation that has come in but going by the survey and past experience this will not affect many.

We will be running throughout August and up to Mid September 5 days a week, every week. One of these days once a week, it will have a wheelchair accessible double decker allocated to it instead of the Routemaster.

Don't forget about our running day on August 1st where all our fleet will be operating plus guest vehicles.

You may have seen on the news in the last few weeks that Transport for London will not be running heritage route 15 in London that was running between Tower Bridge and Trafalgar Square anymore with its Routemasters.

Our former route 15 and X15 Routemaster coach will return to our Shrewsbury and Ironbridge sightseeing tour from August 1st 2021.

With the Shrewsbury and Ironbridge Sightseeing Tour, it is being looked into provided one of our wheelchair accessible double decker buses on a set day one day a week in place of our Routemaster pictured.

Once dates and times are confirmed by mid May, pre-booking would be highly recommended on our tours through the website to ensure you get a seat as with current social distancing guidelines there is no guarantee there will be seats free as before.

We are looking to run more days than previously and by you helping to complete our survey on the sightseeing tour page of our website this will help tailor it better to you, our customers or passengers.
