We’re delighted to announce we’ve bought Sally Narrowboats, so we’re now offering holidays on the Kennet & Avon Canal at Bradford on Avon.

On a short break from Bradford on Avon you can head west to Bath and back, cruising across the aqueducts at Avoncliff and Dundas. Or you can head east to Devizes at the base of the spectacular flight of 29 locks at Caen Hill.

On a week’s holiday from Bradford on Avon you can travel up the Caen Hill Flight and continue on through the beautiful Vale of Pewsey and the Savernake Forest to Great Bedwyn.

Good to see Robbie cruising our neck of the woods

Tonight’s episode of CBD sees Robbie cranking it out onto the tidal Trent at Keadby Lock. There’s a
tricky turn onto the Chesterfield Canal but once there he gets to take part in an illuminated flotilla. Can he and Naughty Lass make it up through all the locks to where the navigable canal ends?! Watch tonight and find out 🤓

Completed in 1816, the Leeds & Liverpool canal has 91 locks; at least 57 movable bridges; 8 small aqueducts or underbridges; 2 tunnels and 1 major aqueduct.

The Leeds & Liverpool canal spans England, connecting Leeds (West Yorkshire) in the East, to Liverpool (Merseyside) in the west, crossing the Pennines and raising to an impressive height of 487 ft (148m).

Look what arrived this week at Silsden! Our latest fit out for the Anglo Welsh hire fleet, a 60ft boat for 4 people. Matt will be getting this ready to send on its way to start making some happy holiday memories for customers soon.
