On day 2 of our stopover at Lake Vyrnwy weβve been recommended to walk to the nearby waterfall and it didn't disappointππ΄σ §σ ’σ ·σ ¬σ ³σ Ώπ²β°π¦π
Beautiful walk, fairly easy climb up and breathtaking views, eating wild blueberries on the top of the waterfall - it was one of my favourite days of the trip. π
Lake Vyrnwy - a stunning stop in #wales πππ΄σ §σ ’σ ·σ ¬σ ³σ Ώπ
It was the first stop this time in Wales and our last stop back in 2019. We wanted to come back and spend more time there as it was rather brief back in 2019.
We found a beautiful stopover on the top of the hill with stunning views and very welcoming owners. It was just us there, making our experience extra special, waking up to the beautiful sight of lush green hills, pine woodland - such a peaceful place and sooooo quiet at night, you could hear your heartbeat. ππ¦π¦

π Great picnic area by the lake with giant wooden tables

Lovely walks, beautiful views, a big playground, plenty of ice cream and great coffee - great weekend away πππ°βοΈπ
