The Caravan has a lovely master bedroom with a spacious double bed, wardrobe and drawers.
Second bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe and drawers.
The kitchen is equipped with a fully working oven, microwave, hot and cold tap and all cutlery. The Dining area is a good size and will fit the all the family round for dinner. The Living area has a large television l, electric fire and a large comfy sofa.
Outside has a large veranda and garden area so the kids can play.

Living room is fitted with a TV with Netflix and fire stick as well as a personal washing machine being outside in the box so no need for laundrettes or taking home dirty washing!!!!

Extras can be provided such as travel cots/ high chairs and bed guards for your little ones

Caravan park facilities include a club house, children's soft play area and outdoor play area.

☀️You are within 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10/15 minutes from fantasy island it's the perfect family location.☀️

A security bond of £50will need to be added to the rental fee and subject to our terms and conditions this shall be returned upon a satisfactory handover. If the caravan is not left how it is found then £30 will be deducted from the bond for a caravan clean.

Payment terms:

A deposit of £50 shall secure your booking where the remaining amount shall be due 28 days prior to your holiday commencement date. Your deposit is non-refundable however where possible we can move your deposit to an alternative date should 30 days notice be provided. This date reduces to 3 days notice should your change in date be due to contracting COVID.

We are a non-smoking holiday home, however smoking is permitted on the decked area of the caravan.

We also need some form of id to prove who you are and your address for the bookings.
