CARAVAN TO RENT SITUATED AT PARKDEAN RESORTS SKEGNESS 🏖️

This is a 13 by 39 ft. pemberton 2 bedroomed caravan which sleeps 4-6 people.
1 x bedroom which has a king size bed, plenty of fitted wardrobes and a en-suite consisting of toilet, basin and shower cubicle 🚿
1 x twin bedroom consists of 1 double bed 🛏️
The main bathroom consists of toilet, basin and corner bath with an over bath shower.
Full domestic style central heating throughout the caravan which runs on mains gas so no bottles to change.
Fully double glazed 🪟
living area with U shaped Sofa and a 55” smart flat screen TVand separate dining area.
The kitchen is modern with 5 ring quality range hob and a full size built in oven and grill. Large built in fridge/ freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots and pans and extras kettle 🍴
A large conservatory runs along the side of the caravan which opens onto a large enclosed decking area.
Southview nestles in acres of beautiful parkland boasting lakes, greenery and wildlife on the edge of vibrant Skegness and is just a short drive to sandy beaches. 🏖️
