‼️ IMPORTANT
INFORMATION‼️

It is with a heavy heart and complete and utter dissapointment that I post this.
This season we have replaced and washed more duvet covers and bedding than you could bare to believe!
We use protectors on our mattresses and pillows and it seems that many people think this is a free ticket to not use their own mattress sheets and bedding.

‼️ They are not bedding for you to use they are to PROTECT the mattresses and pillows!
‼️ Your own bedding, including mattress sheet, duvet cover and pillow covers, you MUST provide and USE, NO exceptions! Any damage to our duvets protectors or pillows (OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES) you will be charged for and your deposit withheld.

This year we have barely scraped together money to cover ground rent as a result of this, alongside other issues due to careless guests. On top of ground rent we have other bills to pay such as gas and electric! IT IS NOT ALL IN WHEN YOU PURCHASE A CARAVAN 🙄

‼️This is our home from home and we expect everyone to treat it as such! It's really sad and upsetting when we receive information that it's not been left as found!

📢📢 As a result of such a disappointing season we have taken the decision to increase the deposit to £75 from next season, cost per night may also increase.

We always wanted to stay cheaper and not increase our prices but unfortunately we've been left with no choice 😢 I sincerely hope you all understand our decision ❤️
